Elementos de la Agencia de Investigación Criminal (AIC), realizó un cateo en un departamento ubicado en la colonia Polanco, Distrito Federal, donde encontraron equipo de cómputo, artefactos de telefonía y electrónicos que se presume eran utilizados en la intervención de llamadas telefónicas y espionaje.
Así lo confirmó la Procuraduría General de la República (PGR) y mencionó que el departamento donde se hallaron los artículos electrónicos, sirve de oficina para la empresa Infraiber. Cabe mencionar que la PGR investiga a el abogado de la empresa Ifraiber, Paulo Díez Gargari, quien esta acusado de intervenir y grabar a directivos de la empresa española OHL y a funcionarios federales.
Los objetos asegurados, quedaron a disposición del agente del Ministerio Público de la Federación para el seguimiento de las pesquisas.
